Can I Still Update My Project?

Hey I'm wondering If I am still able to update my project as I want to do another video and add more to my GitHub repo but unsure If I should update the video after the submission and/or update the extension with the proofreader and reflect that in my video as It was not included with my submission.

I've updated the photo for the manifest but didn't want to edit the code incase that's not allowed during judging.

Do you guys review the ZIP file or the GitHub repo when reviewing?
And can I update the video to reflect my GitHub or should my submission video reflect the ZIP file?

    Please refrain from making any changes to your project as it will disqualify you. You can make changes to your project after the winners are announced but not during judging which is what is taking place now.
