Upload to Google Drive

Hello,
I know that I haver got to upload my Chrome extension to make it possible downloading it. Is it OK if I upload it to a Google Drive folder or should I build a homepage?

  Please build a homepage. Unless you are making the Google Drive folder public, as all judges will need to access this.
