specified API use

Hello, i would like to know something related to API because i don't fully understand the specification : Can i use any API as long as i am using at least one specified API from Chrome AI ?

  You need to use one of the built-in AI APIs: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/ai/built-in

  You can use OR more. But you have to use at least one ;)

  If i use, like you said, at least one from those specified APIs, can i also use other APIs not from Chrome AI, like any kind of API ?
